With beautiful colors and astounding features that could make anyone fall in love with it the entire home has been divided into two equal sections with the help of a horizontal plane that ensures that half of the entire home lies underground and is protected away from the adjacent highway while the other half offers magnificent and unending views of the waves and the rocky coast.
And you can easily understand it as per the wish of the owners the design he deployed is nothing close to formal. That makes the indoors accessible and brings in a feel of intimacy. It is vary live-able spacious and above all kid-friendly.
Black metal panels ensure the street facade offers complete privacy while the glazed side facing the garden completely opens the interior to the surroundings. From the living room area the view of the lawn combined with the floor-to-ceiling glass gives a totally unobstructed view and a spacious feeling.
The interior is awe-inspiring. A relatively larger courtyard in the exact middle complements the whole design. Here the actual ground is maintained as such along with the trees. The pillars in black are another spectacular feature. Following a style that is quite simple and inviting the house uses white as the basic hue while off white and cream add support.
Design classics can be found in many homes but this particular residential space gathers a handful of classic furniture items in just 90 square feet. The apartment is shared by Sara Devantier and Sune Olse a couple permanently in love with furniture design.
A designed by Jeff Andrews in Beverly Hills has succeeded in fulfilling all the demands of the owners — and we must say it’s a feast for the eyes. Andrews knew the owners well as this was actually his third project for the couple.
