The other side of the black wall facing the street is white and flooded with light from above where a long and narrow skylight ensures that natural light will flood the adjacent living space separated by a glass wall. Inside this ample space the living continues with a dining/cooking area. There is an expansive food preparation area that should provide enough room for any size feast.
The design of the ceilings and the walls remind of the vibrant 70s or 80s. Decorations are not just the features that get emphasis here the house also fulfills the demands of all the residents. Designed by Turkish studio Yazgan Design Architecture the has employed all those elements that go well with the climate of Ankara.
Vegetation is put into use in the most subtlest and beautiful way. The dining room has got a bench seat on one side of the table that maximizes space. A lavishly arranged kid’s room sports large paintings that feature lyrics of Madonna’s “Little Star” acts and they are show stopping pieces.

In the South Park neighborhood of San Francisco dotted with art galleries and studios designer has done a makeover of a 1916 landmark warehouse and the efforts she has taken is worth every bit of it. See the vast wall space meant for displaying the exquisite pieces of art collected by her over the years. The best part is that the interior does not look crowded despite putting so much stuff together.
The middle aged couple bought the whole house as two different apartment units and the new combined house has two living rooms with an entrance right in the middle. Dividing the whole space into two major portions is the entrance with the right side assigned for private space. An exotic office space is another attraction. The master bedroom in white color resembles some suite in a big shot hotel while kitchen and the kitchen island on the left side are chic and modern.
As you can see everything single thing in this house is made of glass including the floors ceilings as well as the staircases — yes you’re reading it right Even the book cases the tables and the cabinets are made of glass. The only things we could find not being made out of glass are the bed and the fancy couch. Actually the bed frame and the couch frame ARE made of glass but there’s a nice mattress in there to accommodate your body — after all who would want to sleep on glass?!
As we step inside a chic looking spell binding interior welcomes us. The use of the colors the choice of accessories and furniture are so enticing but wait until you see the well-kept polished lawn and the beautiful swimming pool that just add to the beauty of the outdoors. And speaking of the boldness of the design we’re completely sold with both the interior and the exterior staircases.
